Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge business needs and technical solutions. Your role involves analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects focusing on risk management. Responsibilities include process improvement, innovation, overseeing teams, maintaining billable client hours, leading delivery streams, managing projects, and engaging with clients. Travel may be required.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of solutions with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation

Skills and attributes for success

You will work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design solutions. You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions and configure/integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen
• Lead SAP projects or workstreams
• Gather requirements, architect, blueprint, configure, test, and document solutions
• Deliver quality services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of related experience
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and related business processes
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, invoice processing, and cross-functional processes
• Led Procure to Pay workstream and solution design workshops
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of industry practices and regulations
• Willingness to travel (up to 80%)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Consulting industry experience
• SAP Certifications
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
