The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovation.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will work with stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, architect solutions, and manage configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Demonstrating deep technical capabilities, strong business acumen, and leadership in SAP projects is essential. You should also maintain client relationships, monitor progress, and manage risks effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of related experience.
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Leadership in Procure to Pay workstreams and solution design workshops.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with multiple SAP lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay and SAP S/4HANA.
