The Opportunity

As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, analyzing processes and ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Deep technical capabilities combined with strong business acumen
• Experience leading SAP projects and workstreams
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, and documentation
• Excellent client service, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience
• At least 3 full SAP implementation cycles, including one with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and procurement processes
• Leadership in Procure to Pay workstream and solution design workshops
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP certifications
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations focusing on Procure to Pay
