Job summary

Genius Business Solutions Inc. (GBSI) seeks an experienced SAP PP/QM Lead to drive end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

The role combines deep PP/QM functional expertise with leadership to manage workstreams across global sites and ensure alignment with digital transformation goals. The consultant will lead design, implementation, and stabilization of PP/QM solutions, collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams and applying SAP

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
• 2+ full lifecycle implementations or S/4HANA migrations.
• Deep knowledge of Production Orders, MRP, Work Centers, Routing, PPDS.
• Strong integration with Purchasing, Order Management, FI/CO, and EWM.
• Experience configuring PP/QM simplifications in S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/QM design and rollout for SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Coordinate with business teams to align factory operations and QA.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams and risk controls.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Ensure project reporting and governance with management.
