Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a SAP Production Planning and Quality Management Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA PP/QM in a Greenfield environment. Work with client teams to gather requirements, design processes, and ensure end-to-end integration across PP, QM, EWM, and MES systems like Solumina.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP PP and QM in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes, cross-functional integration, and execution scenarios.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Production Planning demos, clearly articulating business benefits
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and design functional solutions aligned to business processes
• Support integration across PPQM, PPEWM, and PP with external manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure designs meet functional and technical requirements
• Perform business process design, system analysis, and solution validation
• Coordinate with architects, developers, BASIS, middleware, portal teams, and business analysts
• Enhance SAP modules and support integrations with MES systems such as Solumina
• Develop test strategies and lead complex testing efforts for PP integrated with QM
• Manage a functional team and provide mentoring and training to junior consultants
• Support manufacturing execution processes, including planning for made-to-order materials
