Job summary

Laborie is seeking an SAP PP/MM Analyst to support and optimize SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions. This role blends production support, business analysis, and project delivery to improve processes and system utilization.

You will work with Production Planning and MM, collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse teams, and participate in implementation and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration and support experience.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP PP and MM.
• Experience in at least one additional supply chain module: WM/EWM or QM.

Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the IT Enterprise Business Systems team, the SAP PP/MM Analyst supports and enhances our SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions. This individual will serve as a key functional resource for Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM), providing day‑to‑day support, configuration, process improvements, testing, training, and project delivery.

With strong hands‑on SAP configuration experience, deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders will deliver effective SAP solutions. This role requires a blend of production support, business analysis, project execution, and continuous improvement capabilities.

About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on SAP configuration and support experience.
• Strong functional expertise in:
  • SAP Production Planning (PP)
  • SAP Materials Management (MM)
• Experience in at least one additional supply chain module:
  • Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
  • Quality Management (QM)

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in MM, PP, or related Supply Chain modules.
• Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience.
• Experience with data migration tools such as:
  • LSMW
  • LTMC
  • SAP Migration Cockpit
• Experience supporting regulated environments (GxP/FDA).
