Laborie in Portsmouth, NH, seeks a Financial Analyst - Cost Accounting to deliver actionable insights that support value creation, efficiency, and sustainable growth across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You’ll analyze gross margin, inventory, and capital expenditures with modern BI tools and robust financial models.

The role requires 2–5 years in Accounting/Finance, a Bachelor's degree, experience with ERP/EPM (SAP, Oracle EPM), and advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/EPM systems (SAP, Oracle EPM).
• Excel and PowerPoint with advanced proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance financial reporting leveraging modern BI tools (PowerBI, SAP, Oracle EPM) to deliver actionable insights.
• Perform gross margin analysis including price, volume, mix, and FX impact.
• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis on work orders, PPV, and absorption.
• Build and maintain ad-hoc financial models to support business decisions.
• Participate in cost savings initiatives including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Six Sigma Green Belt projects.
• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and Strategic Plan processes for Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
