Laborie Medical Technologies Corp in Portsmouth, NH seeks a Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting to deliver insights across gross margin, inventory, and capital expenditures. You will support Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing with timely, data-driven reporting.

Develop reporting using PowerBI, SAP and Oracle EPM; analyze margin drivers, perform variance analysis on work orders and PPV, and build ad-hoc models to support decisions. Join a team driving cost savings and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with focus on Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/EPM systems (SAP, Oracle EPM).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance financial reporting using BI tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Perform gross margin analysis including price, volume, mix, and FX impact.
• Conduct variance analysis on work orders, PPV, and absorption.
• Build and maintain ad-hoc financial models to support business decisions.
• Participate in cost savings initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, Six Sigma Green Belt).
• Support AOP, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plan processes for Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst – Cost Accounting delivers impactful insights that drive value creation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. This role supports Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing with accurate, timely, and data-driven reporting across gross margin, inventory, and capital expenditures.

About the Role:

• Develop and enhance financial reporting leveraging modern BI tools (PowerBI, SAP, Oracle EPM) to deliver actionable insights
• Perform gross margin analysis including price, volume, mix, and FX impact
• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis on work orders, purchase price variance (PPV), and absorption
• Build and maintain ad-hoc financial models to support business decisions
• Participate in cost savings initiatives including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Six Sigma Green Belt projects
• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and Strategic Plan processes for Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with ERP/EPM systems (SAP, Oracle EPM,)
• Excel and PowerPoint with advanced proficiency
