Job summary

TAFF Inc. in Greenville, SC seeks a senior SAP PP Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP PP/MM solution design onsite. The role focuses on PP/MM modules, MES integration, and collaboration with business stakeholders to meet manufacturing objectives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SAP functional delivery, deep PP/MM process knowledge, and strong communication skills. Auto industry experience is required, with limited travel and onsite work in Greenville.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional solution design and delivery.
• Deep experience in SAP PP, PP/PM and MM modules in ECC 6.0.
• Strong knowledge of PP master data, MRP, production planning and execution.
• Experience integrating SAP production to MES systems.
• Proven ability to define functional requirements and create configuration specs.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to work solo or in teams.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 10+ years of Hands-on experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience working in SAP ECC SAP Production Planning and Materials Management modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP Production Planning Master Data, Demand Management, MRP, Production planning and execution, Engineering Change Management, Contract manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of integration of Production execution to MES.
• Strong Understanding of application of SAP Materials Management business processes in procurement processes along with Inventory Management processes.
• Effective with creative solutioning and communication to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue.
• Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Work with business Users to resolve day to day Support issues.
• Responsible for designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives.
• Define functional requirements and capture them in configuration rationale and functional specification documents. Validate any proposed development estimates.
• Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements.
• Define and execute test plans and review outcomes to validate solution meets intent and is appropriate in response to business demand for change.
• Good knowledge about RICEFW, integrations to third part, data migration for carve out scenario Good knowledge about testing strategy including SIT and integration testing Maintain detailed documentation supporting business processes, configuration, functional specifications.
