You will partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, and Maintenance to design, optimize, and sustain practical system solutions that simplify workflows and strengthen data visibility. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, systems engineering, SAP PP, or IT/OT support.
• Experience supporting SAP PP in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, chatbot development, automation tools, and digital workflow improvement.
• Experience with MES systems, Power BI, SAP, Python, SQL, or other scripting and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MRP, capacity planning, shop-floor execution, and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to deliver system solutions that improve manufacturing and supply chain performance.
• Maintain expertise in SAP PP functionality and align configurations with production planning needs.
• Drive AI, automation, and chatbot initiatives to improve troubleshooting and workflows on the production floor.
• Strengthen system reliability, usability, and performance with cross-functional teams across SAP and plant systems.
• Optimize SAP transactions and processes to reduce complexity and improve user adoption.
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards for visibility into performance and downtime.
