Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Project Specialist to act as a key link between aerospace/defense customers and the supplier base. The role requires solid project management experience, strong SAP and Teamcenter knowledge, and exceptional Excel skills for data-driven decision-making.

You will manage dashboards, produce reports, and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing background with strong knowledge of SAP and Teamcenter.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to create status reports and presentations for various audiences.
• Fluent English reading and writing is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer and internal spreadsheets and interfaces.
• Tracks flow of information for the team and drives actions to complete assignments.
• Prepares and communicates status reports to stakeholders and customers.
• Facilitates internal meetings and participates in presentations.
