Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Project Specialist under general supervision to act as a vital link between Prime Aerospace and Defense customers and their supply base to fulfill contract obligations and complete SOW activities.

The role requires a manufacturing background with strong SAP and Teamcenter knowledge, plus advanced Excel skills and proven project management capabilities. English fluency and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or QA.
• Experience managing customer interfaces and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages all customer and internal spreadsheets, customer interface portals, and other relatable tools.
• Manage customer and internal systems, including all Bolt-Ons.
• Manages all notes/action lists, RAIL items etc.
• Tracks flow of all information for the team
• Drives the teams' actions to complete assignments and mitigate risk.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly status reports and communicates actions and plans to all stakeholder within the team and with applicable customers.
• Prepares presentations and participates as necessary.
• Facilitate internal meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
