Location: Seattle, WA (Remote – Must be willing to work in Pacific Time Zone)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant to support our client's ongoing operations. This role demands strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and asset management. The consultant will be responsible for managing production support tasks, resolving system issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services in collaboration with business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support for SAP PM module including maintenance planning, work orders, equipment management, and notifications.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand maintenance processes and execute functional design workshops.
Configure and implement SAP PM solutions aligned with business needs.
Monitor and manage ticket queues, resolve incidents within SLAs, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Apply expertise in asset management, preventive maintenance, and work order execution.
Ensure integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (such as MM, FI, etc.).
Deliver clear and concise communication with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues using strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) including configuration and implementation.
Deep understanding of SAP PM processes and best practices.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA environment.
Ability to lead workshops and collaborate directly with business users.
Strong ticket management and production support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment aligned with Pacific Time Zone
