Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in data entry and custom report writing within a CMMS.
• Familiarity with SAP software and data management.
• Ability to provide training on SAP to plant employees.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for the Maintenance module in SAP.
• Resolve SAP PM module issues for Mobile.
• Create and maintain the Maintenance Department’s Document Control files.

Typing proficiency (60 wpm)

Advanced mathematical calculations

Communication skills

Technical skills in a chemical environment

Education

High School level or GED

Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
