Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an SAP Platform Manager to lead strategy, lifecycle, and governance of the SAP technical platform. You will partner with IT and business teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure SAP services aligned with transformation initiatives.

This hybrid role requires weekly office presence and leads engagements with vendors, MSPs, and internal teams to drive modernization, upgrades, and cost effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of information technology experience.
• 7+ years of SAP technical platform, SAP Basis, or SAP infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing SAP environments with 1,000+ users.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the SAP technical platform roadmap and standards.
• Lead planning and execution for SAP initiatives, upgrades, migrations, patching, and decommissioning.
• Partner with multiple teams to align SAP platform with security, compliance, and tech needs.
• Evaluate SAP technologies and drive modernization and automation opportunities.
• Lead vendor and partner engagement including scope, delivery, and performance.
• Provide cost estimations and input for project landscapes and roadmaps.
• Drive governance, documentation, and continuous improvement across platform teams.
• Communicate strategy, risks, and decisions to IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members and partners to foster accountability.
