Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of SAP platform, SAP Basis, or SAP infrastructure experience.
• Prior experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC implementations.
• 3+ years of experience managing SAP environments with 1,000+ users.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP platform strategy, lifecycle, and governance.
• Oversee upgrades, migrations, patching, and decommissioning.
• Partner with IT and business teams to align SAP with security and compliance.
• Engage vendors and MSPs, define scope, monitor delivery, and manage performance.
• Communicate platform strategy and decisions to IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members and partner resources.
