Overview

We are seeking a talented SAP Asset Manager specializing in Plant Maintenance and EAM to join our consulting team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in SAP Asset Management looking to impact client operations positively. The position is flexible regarding location within the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of workstreams and manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Track project deliverables and statuses, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading planning through to execution and closure.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding.
• Ensure quality service delivery, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and develop functional specifications.
• Support testing cycles and client training pre and post go-live.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM experience.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Deep understanding of Asset Management principles.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and prior advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Client relationship management experience.
• Background in technology analysis and SAP implementation.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Fiori, and SAP certifications.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, or energy sectors.
