About the Role

This role involves working within our Technology Consulting team, focusing on SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management. You will interact with clients to evaluate and improve their business models, processes, and systems, translating requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of workstreams, manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Track project progress, ensure quality, and manage risks.
• Participate in client sessions, lead planning, execution, and closure of workstreams.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing and training.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.
• Collaborate across various SAP modules and business functions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4-6+ years of experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance/EAM.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and industry-specific finance and technology functions.
• Willingness to travel (40-60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing client relationships.
• Background in SAP implementation and consulting industry.
• End-to-end SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC implementations.
• SAP certifications and experience with additional SAP modules or tools.
