Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates in Kansas is seeking an SAP Supervisor to bridge the ERP system with production teams and drive continuous improvement in SAP usage. You will lead training, monitor performance, and report insights to plant leadership.

Responsibilities include shop-floor SAP leadership, process-order reviews, and developing training programs for plant personnel, while ensuring GMP compliance and FSQA training are upheld across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• SAP ERP experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience training plant personnel.
• Knowledge of GMP and FSQA training.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP BPL as the shop-floor expert.
• Oversee process order reviews and weekly error logs.
• Provide SAP training to plant personnel.
• Develop SAP competencies matrices.
• Improve daily metrics through SAP governance.
• Support continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain GMP compliance and food safety standards.
