Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Production Lead to guide the chocolate production process from start to finish, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards while inspiring and training team members, fostering safety, efficiency, and excellence.

You will use the SAP system to maintain records and help the plant hit production goals, adhere to GMP and FSQA training, and support continuous improvement through proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand tape measures, scales and thermometers.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and recognize deviations.
• Ability to routinely stand, stoop, bend, climb and lift to meet cleaning requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train team members in an area or line per Supervisor’s instructions.
• Communicate with team members and delegate tasks as needed.
• Operate machinery safely and proficiently per standards and instructions.
• Maintain records and perform production area activities.
• Perform clean-up activities as assigned and adhere to GMP.
