Direct Recruiters, Inc. seeks a SAP P2P Senior Business Analyst with manufacturing experience to optimize Procure-to-Pay workflows, lead cross-functional projects, and implement analytics across SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.

Ideal candidate will drive standardization, lead UAT, and train buyers to maximize adoption, while ensuring data integrity across vendor and material masters in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Standard SAP P2P optimization & fit-gap analysis to drive standard SAP adoption over custom developments.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across procurement and accounts payable, facilitating workshops and planning UAT.
• Design and deliver advanced purchasing, vendor performance, and spend analytics dashboards with SAP analytics tools.
• Develop role-based training materials and conduct enablement sessions for buyers and approvers to ensure high user adoption.
• Oversee vendor/master data integrity and act as liaison between procurement leadership, business process owners, and IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Audit Procure-to-Pay workflows (MM, FI-AP, SAP Ariba) and enforce minimal-customization policy.
• Coordinate UAT and coordinate stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering.
• Create dashboards and reports for spend analytics and supplier performance.
• Create and deliver end-user training to ensure adoption and accuracy in requisitions.
• Govern vendor/master and material master data; liaise between business & IT.
