Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an SAP Procure-to-Pay Manager to serve as the functional owner of the SAP S/4HANA P2P domain.

You will drive procurement through invoice verification, align business requirements with standard SAP solutions, and lead functional design across materials management, direct/indirect procurement, and related integrations. You will shape large-scale SAP transformation, provide guidance to business and technical teams, and ensure ongoing operational improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of SAP Procure-to-Pay configuration and implementation experience.
Experience completing at least one full SAP implementation; multiple large-scale implementations preferred.
Strong hands-on SAP configuration experience, including processes, transactions, and guiding stakeholders.
Experience defining SAP integrations and collaborating with business teams, technical resources, and SI partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Purchasing functional lead for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation and integrations.
Lead fit-to-standard workshops to capture requirements and define future-state processes.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories aligned with SAP capabilities.
Define and own end-to-end functional architecture for Purchasing across SAP and integrated systems.
Review and approve system integrator designs, SAP configurations, enhancements, interfaces and reports.
Perform SAP configuration for Procure-to-Pay processes and support clean core principles.
Own Purchasing master data, including data rationalization and governance.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Tech to align with transformation objectives.
Develop and execute integration test scenarios and support deployment planning.
