Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD module functionalities within OTC process.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience configuring SAP modules and defining business rules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes related to the order-to-cash cycle.
• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Design functional solutions and specifications.
• Perform testing of SAP configurations and functionalities.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs and test cases.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SAP OTC processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in SAP OTC/SD.
• Experience in Condition Contract Management in S/4HANA.

SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module knowledge
