Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP OTC initiatives and drive end-to-end delivery. You will engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into technical designs while guiding teams through design, build, test and deployment phases.

You will collaborate across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain, delivering SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions with a focus on order-to-cash processes and realising client value in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
• Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
• Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Serve as an SAP Manager responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order-to-Cash workstream, including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, billing, and customer order-related reporting.
• Manage and provide leadership to teams of professionals, actively engaging in staff development and practice management.
• Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support the end-to-end process for SAP Order-to-Cash, coordinating with other modules.
