Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks an Operations Business Process Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives for Hubbell Electrical Solutions. You will drive SAP-enabled process improvements across purchasing, planning, inventory, and warehousing, partnering with SAP IT and Global Operations teams to define requirements and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years' supply chain experience including planning, inventory, or warehousing; SAP ERP knowledge (PP, MM, IM/WM).
• Project management experience preferred; PMP certification a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills for internal customer interactions.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, SAP IT, and Global Operations teams.
• Identify and lead execution of tasks; communicate progress across all phases of projects and activities.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities in purchasing, planning, inventory, and warehousing processes.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert for project teams and lead troubleshooting for SAP enhancements and training.
• Contribute to design, implementation, or enhancement processes; develop test plans and support user acceptance testing.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
