Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Operations Business Process Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain processes across Hubbell Electrical Solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive SAP optimization, and partner with Global Operations to implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency across multiple sites.

You will analyze current processes, manage projects, and champion continuous improvement in planning, inventory, and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of supply chain experience including material/production planning, inventory, or warehouse management.
• SAP ERP knowledge (PP, MM, IM/WM).
• Project management experience; PMP certification a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to translate requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, SAP IT, Global Operations, and local business units.
• Lead task execution, manage project schedules, and provide status updates across Supply Chain projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in purchasing, planning, inventory, and warehousing processes.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert for SAP-related initiatives and troubleshooting.
• Assist in developing training materials and supporting functional communities.
• Contribute to solution design, testing plans, and user acceptance testing.
• Travel up to 25%.
