Diverse Lynx is seeking a skilled SAP Opentext Consultant for a 12+ month contract, with responsibilities covering installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of OpenText applications in SAP environments. This role offers remote work flexibility and requires expertise in SAP ILM, disaster recovery, and various cloud and application deployments.

Qualifications

Job description

• Analyze application logs as needed (Archive Center, Directory Services, Intelligent Capture Server ,Output Server)

• Set up SSL connections and Certificate Configurations

• Ability to install and upgrade OT applications. (Archive Center, Directory Services, Intelligent Capture Server ,Output Server)

• Knowledge of SAP ILM related configuration on OpenText Servers

• Experience with Document pipelines and troubleshooting.

• Experience in Printers configuration in SAP and Spool Management

• Experience with IC for SAP configuration and analyze trace for issues.

• Experience with configuring nodes in IC for SAP.

• Patching and upgrading OpenText components

• OS upgrades and patches

• Experience with OT client's installation like Enterprise scan, Output for SAP desktop

• Experience with Scrips and restart of services and servers.

• Service pack review and deployment

• Experience with ticketing tools Service Now, Client ALM etc..

• Support major release deployment

• Experience with migration tools (e.g., Robocopy and Object Importer)

• Exposure towards load balancers: Network load balancers and application load balancers

• SAP integration with ILM

• Experience with Hazlecast cluster with Archive center

• Experience Administrating Tomcat and Tomcat Spawner

• Knowledge of MS SQL

• Disaster recovery and high availability design, testing and support

• Working collaboratively with other Vendor teams
