A leading consulting firm is searching for a highly experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant to lead change initiatives in large-scale SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will manage stakeholder engagement, drive training programs, and ensure clear communication for seamless transitions. This role requires extensive SAP knowledge and OCM experience.
NOTE: We are looking for an SAP OCM Consultant who has experience in handling a project with minimal guidance.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant to lead change initiatives in large-scale SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication strategies to ensure a seamless transition for end users.
Key Responsibilities:
·Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute SAP OCM strategies to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
·Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders and create engagement plans to facilitate change readiness.
·Training & Enablement: Develop training strategies, materials, and programs to educate end-users on SAP processes.
·Communication Management: Design and deliver communication plans to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle.
·Business Readiness & Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of SAP changes on business processes, roles, and responsibilities.
·Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address concerns.
·Collaboration: Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, HR, and business leaders to align change initiatives.
·Performance Metrics: Define and track success measures for change adoption and project impact.
Qualifications & Experience:
·Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
·Experience: 8+ years of OCM experience, with at least 5 years in SAP change management.
·Certifications: PROSCI, ACMP, or SAP-related OCM certifications are preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
·Strong understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, etc.).
·Expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, etc.).
·Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
·Ability to work in fast-paced, global project environments.
·Experience with training development tools (SAP Enable Now, uPerform, etc.) is a plus.
