This position requires access to customer data. Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role. Candidates local to DC Metro are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Developing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules, and integration
2. Working with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
3. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
4. Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality
5. Documenting code and application functionality
6. Staying up to date with ServiceNow releases and contributing to continuous improvement efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Certified ServiceNow Administrator required
2. Certified ServiceNow Developer required
3. Configuration Management Database (CMDB) configuration and development experience required
4. ServiceNow Product Experience preferred in the following Modules SPM, IRM, SecOps and ITOM
5. ITIL Processes knowledge and certification
6. ServiceNow Product Experience with Knowledge Management
7. SCRUM framework and methodology
8. Angular Java, Java Script
9. Rest API, WSDL and JSON
10. Mobile App Development experience preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:

1. 5 years of working with ServiceNow, including configuring an ITSM service catalog
2. Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations
3. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The targeted combined range for this position is 109100 - 227500(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
