Position Overview

SAP NS2, a U.S. subsidiary focused on national security, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer. This role requires U.S. citizenship and access to sensitive data. Preference is given to candidates located in the DC Metro area.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
4. Create and execute test cases to ensure software quality.
5. Document code and application functionalities.
6. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Developer.
• Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules like SPM, IRM, SecOps, ITOM.
• ITIL certification and understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with Knowledge Management in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SCRUM, Angular Java, JavaScript, REST API, WSDL, JSON.
• Mobile app development experience is a plus.

Work Experience

• At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including configuring ITSM service catalogs.
• Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
