Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Phoenix-area team. You will translate business needs into detailed system requirements for SAP MM and related supply chain processes, and collaborate across functions to drive improvements in data management and process automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements.
• Ability to develop and document business process flows.
• Experience supporting SAP Materials Management (MM) processes, including procurement and vendor management.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning solutions like Kinaxis RapidResponse preferred.
• Familiar with AI-enabled process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify additions or changes to systems, interfaces, and business processes.
• Translate business needs into documented system requirements and review with development.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings addressing business problems or systems issues.
• Develop and analyze system functional requirements according to end-to-end processes.
• Test software and applications, using automated testing where applicable, before launching enhancements.
• Support change management activities.
• Provide consulting to improve business processes and data management.
• Apply AI, automation, and intelligent BPM principles to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive strategic outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
