Job summary

Avnet in the Phoenix, AZ area is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to translate business needs into detailed system requirements and collaborate with the development group on SAP MM, procurement and supply chain processes.

You will facilitate cross‑functional meetings, design end‑to‑end solution specifications, and test software enhancements before launch while supporting change management and data‑driven improvements with AI/automation know-how.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
3+ years in Business Systems Analysis, ERP support, or related experience; SAP MM, procurement, or supply chain preferred.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements; Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interpret business needs and translate them into documented system requirements for the development group.
Review designs with the development team and facilitate cross-functional meetings to address issues.
Develop and analyze system functional requirements and test software or applications prior to launch.
Provide change management support and drive continuous improvement of processes and data management.
Apply knowledge of AI, automation, and intelligent process management to identify operational improvements.
