Samsung SDS America is seeking an SAP MM Analyst to maintain SAP implementations and interfaces across purchasing, inventory, and accounting at a major North American facility. The role focuses on data accuracy, governance, and ongoing enhancements in collaboration with front office teams.

The position is full‑time and onsite in Austin, TX, requiring hands‑on experience with MM and ABAP, plus project management and strong communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with SAP MM (Material Management)
• 3+ years’ experience with SAP ABAP programming
• 2+ years’ experience in project management
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive communication and ability to document processes precisely

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for SAP MM and related in‑house applications across purchasing, inventory, shipping/receiving, engineering, and accounting
• Maintain material and vendor master data; perform data quality checks and governance
• Monitor SAP legacy interfaces and resolve data discrepancies
• Lead MM‑focused projects: configuration changes, upgrades, new modules; coordinate stakeholders
• Support month‑end/year‑end closing; validate GR/IR balances and inventory valuations
• Create documentation and deliver end‑user training to improve proficiency
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation such as Fiori apps or RPA
