Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking an SAP ME MII Consultant to support seven manufacturing factories. Onsite presence in Wilton, CT, or San Jose, CA is required for production continuity and rapid incident response.

The role emphasizes integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP (PP, EWM, PCo), plus ITIL-compliant incident/change/problem management and plant floor application support across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP modules PP, EWM, PCo.
• Experience in incident/change/problem management within a support model.
• Provide plant floor application support at sites such as Wilton and San Diego.
• Involvement in transition plan activities with solution and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery per ITIL processes to ensure flexible support and SLA-compliant resolutions.
• Interact with customers to ensure high availability and on-time support of applications.
• Coordinate with support teams and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Coordinate with the project LCM team to plan and execute upgrades.

Role Descriptions

• Experience Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME| MII with SAP ERP modules PP| SAP EWM| SAP PCo| Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME with custom applications.
• Experience in support model knowledge on Incident| Changes Problem Management
• Provides service delivery as per ITIL process to accommodate flexible support. compliant with in the SLA to deliver effective resolution
• Provide Plant floor application Support in various site such as Wilton San Diego
• Need to be involved in Transition plan activities with both Solution and Support teams to understand the complete application landscape
• Interact with customer and make sure high availability of application with on time support
• Coordinate with various support team and troubleshooting of technical problems.
• Coordinate align with project LCM team make sure application upgrades planned executed well
• Evaluating customers factory requirements and problem areas
• Performing gap analysis of the key problem areas| evaluated multiple MES products for best fitment for the requirements and problems
• Drive the team of MES consultants to achieve the goal of integrate a most suitable manufacturing product globally for customer which is diversified enough to meet most of the problems and requirements
• Creating Functional and technical specification documentation.
