Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Wilton, CT is seeking a SAP ME/MII Consultant to support seven manufacturing factories and ensure production continuity. This on-site role requires presence on the shop floor for rapid incident response and stable operations.

The position involves integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP modules PP, SAP EWM and PCo, plus custom applications. ITIL-based incident/change/problem management is required, with close collaboration across solution and support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP modules (PP).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site plant-floor application support to ensure continuity and stability.

• Onsite presence is mandatory to ensure shopfloor continuity, rapid incident response, and production stability

Role Descriptions:

Experience Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME| MII with SAP ERP modules PP| SAP EWM| SAP PCo| Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME with custom applications. Experience in support model knowledge on Incident| Changes Problem Management Provides service delivery as per ITIL process to accommodate flexible support. compliant with in the SLA to deliver effective resolutionProvide Plant floor application Support in various site such as Wilton San DiegoNeed to be involved in Transition plan activities with both Solution and Support teams to understand the complete application landscape Interact with customer and make sure high availability of application with on time support Coordinate with various support team and troubleshooting of technical problems. Coordinate align with project LCM team make sure application upgrades planned executed well Evaluating customers factory requirements and problem areas Performing gap analysis of the key problem areas| evaluated multiple MES products for best fitment for the requirements and problems Drive the team of MES consultants to achieve the goal of integrate a most suitable manufacturing product globally for customer which is diversified enough to meet most of the problems and requirements Creating Functional and technical specification documentation.
