Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP MES Integration Manager to lead design, configuration, and deployment of MES solutions connecting SAP ERP/S4 to MES platforms. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, QA, engineering, automation, and IT to deliver end-to-end processes from planning to shop-floor execution.

The role requires strong business-IT collaboration, requirements gathering, architecture design, and hands-on integration work with SAP and third-party MES tools. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline with SAP MES/ME capabilities.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP-enabled MES solutions or full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of production execution in discrete or process environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to assess MES capabilities and business goals.
• Translate requirements into scalable functional/technical designs.
• Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA-ERP to MES integrations and interfaces.
• Configure inbound/outbound production transactions and data flows.
• Plan testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
