Job summary

EY seeks an SAP MES Integration Manager to lead design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of MES solutions connecting SAP ERP/S4HANA with SAP Digital Manufacturing and third-party MES platforms. You will collaborate across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, automation, and IT to create reliable end-to-end processes from planning to shop-floor execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, supply chain, manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP-enabled manufacturing or MES solutions.
• Strong knowledge of production execution in discrete, repetitive, or process manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP with PP/PP-PI, QM, MM, EWM, PM.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing or MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, Ignition, Plex, PTC).
• Flexibility to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to assess current MES capabilities and business objectives.
• Translate requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Design end-to-end integration between SAP ERP/S4HANA and MES applications.
• Configure and support production transactions and quality data exchanges.
• Define interface architecture using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, and web services.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate distributed delivery teams.
• Prepare documentation, test scripts, deployment plans, and training materials.
