Job summary

Galaxy i Technologies, Inc. is seeking an SAP ME/MII Consultant to join onsite teams in Wilton, CT or San Jose, CA. The role focuses on integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP modules PP, EWM, and PCo, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for effective support.

The candidate will provide plant-floor application support, drive transition plans, and ensure high availability of critical MES applications across sites, including Wilton and San Diego.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ME/MII integration and support.
• Experience with SAP ERP modules PP, EWM, PCo.
• ITIL-based incident, problem and changes management experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at Wilton, CT or San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES integration projects and coordinate with Solution and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide Plant floor application support at sites including Wilton and San Diego.
• Ensure high availability of applications and on-time support for customers.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications for MES solutions.

Role Descriptions: Experience Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME| MII with SAP ERP modules PP| SAP EWM| SAP PCo| Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME with custom applications.Experience in support model knowledge on Incident| Changes Problem ManagementProvides service delivery as per ITIL process to accommodate flexible support. compliant with in the SLA to deliver effective resolutionProvide Plant floor application Support in various site such as Wilton San DiegoNeed to be involved in Transition plan activities with both Solution and Support teams to understand the complete application landscapeInteract with customer and make sure high availability of application with on time supportCoordinate with various support team and troubleshooting of technical problems.Coordinate align with project LCM team make sure application upgrades planned executed wellEvaluating customers factory requirements and problem areasPerforming gap analysis of the key problem areas| evaluated multiple MES products for best fitment for the requirements and problemsDrive the team of MES consultants to achieve the goal of integrate a most suitable manufacturing product globally for customer which is diversified enough to meet most of the problems and requirementsCreating Functional and technical specification documentation.
