Job summary

A growing software consultancy firm is seeking a Solution Architect III with expertise in SAP ME and MII. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in SAP ME & MII Implementation, including at least two full life-cycle implementations as Lead consultant. Strong hands-on skills in SAP ME functional design and integration are essential. This full-time position is open to U.S. citizens and authorized workers only.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP ME & MII Implementation.
• At least 2 full life-cycle SAP ME implementations as Lead consultant.
• Understanding of SAP ME/MII/PCo Solution Landscape.
• Experience with ME modules: Shop Order, Material, Routing, POD, ERP interfaces, labeling, PLCs.
• DCS/SCADA/Historian interfacing (IP21) with SAP MII.
• Web services, XML processing, XSLT; HTML and scripting; reporting tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis and write functional specifications.
• Conduct functional unit and integration testing of SAP ME.
• Work independently and lead a team.
• Interface with DCS/SCADA/Historian systems like IP21.
• Coordinate offshore/onshore delivery and client communication.

Job Description: Solution Architect III, 6-10 years experience

(Ideally, Client is looking for candidates who have experience as SAP ME Lead will have good chances of closing position, Client have candidates for SAP MII but looking for SAP ME lead or architect level candidates with SAP MII exp)

SAP ME and MII Solution Architect with 6+ years of experience on SAP ME & MII Implementation / Configuration/ Solution Design/ Development with at least 2 full-life cycle SAP ME implementation

Must have hands on experience with SAP ME functional design, configuration in conjunction with SAP PP Must have worked in at least 2 end to end SAP ME implementation projects as Lead consultant from functional perspective.

Must have hands‑on configuration and set up experience on all ME functional modules including but not limited to Shop Order, Material, Routing, POD, ERP interfaces, Integration with Label printers, barcode readers and PLC’s, ME Reporting Lead requirement analysis, write functional specification and conduct functional unit and integration testing of SAP ME Must understand Internal Working on SAP MII including but not limited to MEINT, Business Logic Services, Query and Display Templates Strong Exposure interfacing DCS / SCADA / Historian system like IP21 with SAP MII is required Exposure to Web Service / XML Processing / XSLT required. Exposure to HTML and Scripting technology. Experience on Reporting Tools. Should be able to work independently and lead a team. Must have sound understanding of SAP ME/MII/PCo Solution Landscape, Sizing

• Should possess excellent communication / client facing / Problem solving skills.
• Background knowledge in discrete manufacturing industries.
• Exposure in Dynamic Offshore – Onshore working Model.
• Exposure to SAP ABAP is desired.
• Exposure SAP PM/PP-PI/QM is desired.
