Role & Responsibilities

• Manage Material Master according to SAP Best Practices
• Gather requirements with business process owners and complete the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire
• Plan and build Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) based on assessment answers
• Manage requirements, configuration, documentation, and key decision documentation
• Develop process flows, manage authorization and security, and plan testing for standard and custom objects
• Handle change management and reporting
• Apply S/4HANA and A&D experience
• Familiarity with Material Data Governance (MDG) functional aspects
• Understand material master structure and key fields, and set up master data for various scenarios
• Work with classification/characteristics, interchangeability (FFFC), and map legacy system data to SAP
• Convert and troubleshoot material master data from legacy systems to SAP
• Experience with Document Info Records and document management systems
• Understand product interchangeability and supersession concepts
