Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking an experienced Data Specialist, Production Finance Systems, to oversee system-based production setup across SAP and related platforms. You will own data collection, validation, and configuration for production codes, WBS, and master data, ensuring accurate onboarding and ongoing maintenance.

Collaborate with Production Finance, Production Accounting, IT, and external providers to ensure readiness for accounting, payroll, reporting, and operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in production finance, accounting systems, or master data roles.
• Strong ability to analyze system data, research issues, and determine next steps.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in critical finance systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production title setup across Production Finance systems.
• Configure and maintain production setup data (WBS, company code, production entity).
• Maintain master data ownership across systems and ensure data integrity.
• Apply SAP knowledge to support accurate setup and workflows.
• Coordinate with SAP master data teams, IT, and finance stakeholders.
• Lead setup calls with executives and external vendors to confirm requirements.
