Job summary

You will partner with plant operations and global SAP teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing, and implement enhancements that support production planning, inventory management, and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Provide daily functional SAP support for plant operations across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Finance.
• Coordinate testing and implementations; maintain data integrity and system performance.
• Document system issues, resolutions, and functional requirements; translate business needs into SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional SAP support for plant operations, including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Finance.
• Serve as primary plant-level SAP resource for troubleshooting system, process, and transactional issues.
• Provide functional expertise in SAP MM, WM/EWM, and PP processes.
• Analyze SAP incidents and determine root causes between system functionality, master data, configuration, interfaces, or business processes.
• Coordinate testing and implementations with corporate/global SAP teams and other IT resources.
• Monitor and resolve SAP issues that could impact production, material availability, inventory accuracy, or customer requirements.
• Support SAP integrations with other plant systems and applications.
• Gather and document business requirements for SAP enhancements and process improvements.
