Job summary

Magna Steyr USA in Mesa is seeking an SAP Analyst to provide functional SAP support across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Finance. The role serves as the plant’s primary SAP resource and collaborates with global SAP teams to resolve incidents, optimize processes, and ensure data integrity.

The candidate will work with SAP MM, WM/EWM, and PP modules, coordinate requirements with business functions, and support system upgrades and integrations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–7+ years of SAP functional support experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong experience with SAP MM and WM/EWM required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional SAP support for plant operations, including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Finance.
• Serve as the primary plant-level SAP resource for troubleshooting system, process, and transactional issues.
• Analyze SAP incidents and determine whether issues are related to system functionality, master data, configuration, interfaces, or business processes.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with corporate/global SAP teams and other IT support resources.
• Monitor and resolve SAP issues that could impact production, material availability, inventory accuracy, or customer requirements.
