Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC is seeking an SAP Manufacturing Solution Architect for a remote, 12-month contract. Lead SAP S/4HANA manufacturing architecture and transformation across PP, PP-DS, MM, QM, PM, and PS, coordinating with global cross-functional teams.

Requires 15+ years SAP experience, expertise in large-scale implementations, PLM/MES integrations, and strong leadership. Competitive hourly rate on W2, with health insurance, 401(k), and PTO benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solution architecture and transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP, PP/DS, MM, QM, PM, and PS modules.
• Experience with integration across FI/CO, SD, and EWM.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as ETO, MTO, CTO, and MTS.
• Experience integrating SAP with PLM (Windchill, Teamcenter), MES, Kinaxis, and SAP IBP.
• Lead business workshops, requirement gathering, fit-to-standard assessments & solution design.
• Experience migrating legacy ERP systems such as BAAN or Oracle to SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of BOM, routing, production orders, production versions, serialization, and batch management.
• Ability to design end-to-end manufacturing processes across engineering, planning, procurement, production, quality, and logistics.
• Strong experience working with global manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Scale :

Anticipated hourly pay range: $65/hr. – $70/hr on W2, depending on experience(DOE)
