Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is hiring a Senior TPM to own end-to-end delivery of SAP Manufacturing integrations connecting PP, PM, and EWM to shop floor equipment, MES, and enterprise platforms. You will drive architecture, dependencies, and blockers to enable scalable production while coordinating with consultants, software engineers, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes delivering automation that reduces manual touchpoints and improves throughput in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
5+ years of technical program management delivering system integration or ERP programs.
3+ years of experience with ERP in manufacturing or logistics.
Experience managing programs with shop floor or industrial automation components.
Experience driving cross-functional execution across 3+ workstreams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Manufacturing integrations across SAP PP/PM/EWM to shop floor and MES.
Define program structure, identify risks early, and drive execution as requirements evolve.
Coordinate across consultants, software engineers, equipment vendors, and operations.
Drive architecture, sequencing, blockers, and production throughput improvements.
Define metrics for integration reliability, automation coverage, and delivery velocity.
Lead design reviews and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Coordinate sprint planning and release coordination for integration deliverables.
Establish visibility mechanisms for program health to leadership.
Contribute to annual planning with sizing and investment priorities.
