Job summary

Amazon is seeking a SAP Production Planning/ Manufacturing Functional Lead for Amazon Leo. This role focuses on SAP PP across manufacturing satellites, leading design, configuration, and ongoing support aligned with Clean Core principles.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, SAP teams, MES, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end manufacturing solutions that scale and optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years implementing/managing SAP ERP with focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• 6+ years in SAP Production Planning/Manufacturing with MES integration (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Build product vision and SAP PP / Manufacturing solutions for enterprise manufacturing.
• Identify best practices to optimize processes using SAP and Clean Core principles.
• Conduct blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis and produce design documents.
• Contribute to SAP PP roadmap, including 1- to 3-year planning.
• Manage product backlog and sprint planning for SAP features.
• Prepare design specifications, configuration, testing, and support for SAP RICEFW.
• Integrate SAP with EWM, QM, MM, MES and PLM systems.
• Identify change management needs and train users on product changes.
• Deliver solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, inventory accuracy and production visibility.
• Define success metrics and data-driven insights for product improvement.
