Job summary

Woodgrove Solutions LLC is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide frontline triage and SAP/accounting support for end-users including command personnel, travelers, and procurement officers.

Responsibilities include monitoring tickets, assisting with labor distribution, timesheets, POs, and travel vouchers, with on-site presence 20% at the Northern Virginia client site. A DoD Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct hands-on Navy ERP experience required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; two additional years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Familiarity with Navy ERP labor scheduling, timekeeping, funds distribution screens and T-codes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the help desk ticket queue within 4-hour SLA.
• Log, track, and resolve routine SAP/PO issues and timekeeping blocks.
• Provide virtual troubleshooting via Teams for SAP accounting actions.
• Perform initial root-cause analysis and escalate defects.
• Triage PO discrepancies and goods receipt validations.
• Assist travel voucher disbursement and accounting postings.
• Contribute to updating FAQs and quick-reference guides.
