Job summary

SAP SE Newtown Square invites a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who is pursuing or has recently completed a degree in marketing or communications. You’ll support SCM and ERP programs, craft messages for varied audiences, and help coordinate program updates.

You will manage SharePoint content, create newsletters and slide decks, oversee meeting cadences, and collaborate across teams to raise visibility of SCM/ERP initiatives. Hybrid role with 40 hours/week, starting Nov/Dec 2026.

Qualifications

• Anticipated Start Date: November/December 2026.
• Duration: 6 Months (with potential 6-month extension).
• Schedule: 40 HR/week.

You bring project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and successful delivery. In this role, you’ll support Supply Chain Management (SCM) and ERP programs and stakeholders by creating and distributing newsletters and slide decks to promote program updates and activities. You’ll manage meeting cadences, ensuring all communications and coordination are executed smoothly. Help oversee SharePoint management, organizing and maintaining content for easy access and collaboration. Additionally, you will develop and curate engaging and informative content to support program objectives. Lastly you will assist with ad-hoc requests by delivering tailored communication resources and materials.
