EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of SAP IS‑U customer service solutions for utilities clients in the US. You will own the Customer Service workstream, define the target service model, translate requirements, and coordinate with business, technical, digital, and vendor teams to drive solution quality and readiness.

Qualificações

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Customer Service and utility operations.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Customer Service solution design through implementation and stabilization.
• Experience leading functional workstreams or teams in SAP IS-U projects.
• Experience with customer and account maintenance, service processes and channels.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with Billing, FI-CA and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target service design across customer maintenance, service requests, and move events.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design governance.
• Drive cross-functional design and integration with Billing, FI-CA, and CRM platforms.
• Define integration and data ownership principles across SAP IS-U and customer channels.
• Lead end-to-end customer journeys and service processes for consistency across channels.
• Coordinate data conversion activities, mapping, and business readiness.
• Develop functional specifications, documentation, and standards.
• Lead and coach functional consultants; manage cross-workstream issues.
• Plan testing strategy, execution, and defect resolution for customer journeys.
