Job summary

The United Illuminating Company, part of Avangrid, seeks a SAP Manager to lead SAP IS-U and CRM systems supporting meter-to-cash processes. You will align IT applications with business strategies, prioritize demand, and drive projects with cross-functional teams and IT leadership.

You will manage resources, maintain IT standards, and work closely with business areas to deliver value-added IT services and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with application lifecycle management.
• Experience as SAP IS-U CRM/Front office lead supporting customer care.
• Experience supporting meter-to-cash processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IS-U/CRM initiatives and manage medium/large SAP projects.
• Governance with business leads; review Roadmap and SLAs.
• Coordinate IT staff and external consultants to deliver applications.
• Manage application maintenance and support requests.
• Ensure effective communication between business areas and IT.
